HSC successfully hosted the 12th edition of Emerging Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City on 10–11 June 2026, bringing together more than 500 global investors, corporate leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping Vietnam’s next phase of growth.
We are honored to welcome Dr. Nguyen Son, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC); Mr. Trinh Son Hong, Acting Chairman of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE); Mr. Pang Te Cheng, Consul-General of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City; and Dr. Jochen Schmittmann, Regional Resident Representative for the IMF Resident Offices in Vietnam, Cambodia and Lao PDR.
This year's theme is "Resilience in Chaos", it is a fitting description of the world we operate in today. Tariffs are being rewritten, supply chains redrawn, and conflict in the Middle East is once again moving energy markets. Volatility is no longer the exception - it is the backdrop.
Against that backdrop, Vietnam's story is one of resilience. The country is not simply weathering the disruption; it is using it to reset its growth model. The agenda focused on the next wave of reform, what we call Doi Moi 2.0, and the infrastructure supercycle it unlocks, to Vietnam's ambition to build an International Financial Center and to complete its upgrade to Emerging Market status. These are the foundations being laid while others wait for the storm to pass.
Emerging Vietnam 2026 featured:
- 16 panel discussions, keynote sessions, and sector-focused workshops covering the macroeconomic outlook, capital markets, Vietnam’s International Financial Center, infrastructure, technology, energy, FDI and real estate, logistics, consumer trends, banking, insurance, and Vietnam’s evolving investment landscape.
- 10 corporate presentations from some of Vietnam’s leading listed and private companies, including Dien May Xanh, PNJ, Kim Tin Group, PVT, HPG, REE, VRE, CTG, BIDV, and VPB.
- More than 600 attendees, including institutional investors, corporate representatives, policymakers, distinguished speakers, and industry leaders from Vietnam and around the world.
- Hundreds of one-on-one meetings connecting investors and businesses, fostering meaningful dialogue and facilitating investment opportunities.
While the conference sessions have concluded, the Emerging Vietnam 2026 journey continues with 3 site visits in Long An, Can Gio, Hanoi – Quang Ninh, and 2 curated cultural experiences, providing participants with deeper insights into Vietnam’s businesses, people, and growth story.
